At Hana, the health and safety of our members and employees are our top priorities.
In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Hana is closely monitoring the advice and guidelines from the government, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Public Health England, and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We will continue to update this page with information regarding Hana’s response to COVID-19 and any changes to our workspace operations. If you have any questions regarding Hana’s response to COVID-19, please email COVID19@yourhana.com.
We’re committed to following all local and national mandates. Consequently, all of our locations in the United States and the United Kingdom are currently closed for everyone who does not conduct an essential service, as specified by local and national mandates. These include our locations in:
- Irvine, CA: Hana at Park Place is closed until further notice as mandated by the Executive Order from California Governor Gavin Newsom to close non-essential public and private gatherings. Access is available by request for professionals who offer essential services.
- Dallas, TX: Hana at Park District will be closed through April 3rd as mandated by the County of Dallas shelter-in-place ruling. Access is available by request for professionals who offer essential services.
- London, UK: Following a review of the current UK Government guidance, Hana at 70 St. Mary Axe is closed, other than for essential work. Access is available by request.
To ensure the safety of our members and employees, each Hana will be fully cleaned and sanitized upon closure and reopening. Additionally, we have enabled cleaning and maintenance to remain on site while Hana remains closed. We are taking a number of precautions across all of our locations even through our closures. All Hana members are restricted from entering a Hana workspace unless their business is deemed an essential service by local or national law.

If you, your employees or any visitors fall into any of the categories below, we ask that you please stay offsite for a period of two weeks:
Currently, Hana is no longer allowing visitors at any of its locations until further notice to help ensure the safety of our members and employees.
Each Hana will be fully cleaned and sanitized upon closure and reopening. Additionally, we have enabled day porters to remain on site for regular cleaning while Hana remains closed.
In order to comply with government-issued mandates and social distancing recommendations, we are not accepting meeting room bookings at this time. We will continue to follow the guidance from local officials. We will revisit meeting room bookings upon reopening.
We recommend, as possible, that you reroute all packages. While we will accept packages that do not require signature, we cannot accept Amazon deliveries. If you need to access a unit after it has closed to collect mail or packages, you can come by Hana units at the following times:
